Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Resident Evaluation, Care Planning and Provision of Direct Patient Care.
• Monitors patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) according to the Business Processes.
• Assists with the orientation of newly hired nursing staff.
• Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to provide timely effective care consistent with the individual's needs, choices and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelors or associate in nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending registered nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $46.00 - $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
