Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Weeks: 8

Timings: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an ICU nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients during the night shift. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and monitoring patient conditions in the ICU
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Responding to emergencies and providing critical interventions as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in ICU nursing preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification from AHA required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour
