Shift: 40 Hours per week- Full time

Job Description:

Duties: Conducting legal research using electronic databases (Westlaw, Lexis), as well as, traditional methods; conduct verdict searches; review discovery responses, prepare and assemble document production, including redacting documents, as necessary; draft correspondence; draft and assemble briefs and motions, including tables, affidavits, exhibits and other documents; assist with trial preparation including digesting deposition transcripts, organizing and uploading trial motions and exhibits; maintain and develop spreadsheet to track cases and discovery production; prepare and electronically file documents to NYSCEF; learn and use intra-office electronic filing system; copy and scan documents as necessary; perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $19.94 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
