Bilingual Therapies is Hiring a Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Frederick, MD Near Frederick, MD

Minimum 1 years Behavior Specialist experience required.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Frederick, MD, for the 2023-2024 school year. The BCBA will provide support to 4-5 teachers in an onsite setting, working collaboratively to implement behavior intervention plans and promote a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Behavioral Assessments: Conduct functional behavior assessments to analyze and address challenging behaviors.
Individualized Plans: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
Teacher Support: Collaborate with 4-5 teachers to provide guidance on behavioral strategies and classroom management.
Data Collection: Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and the effectiveness of behavior interventions.
Training: Provide training to teachers and staff on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques.

Qualifications:

Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience: Previous experience working as a BCBA in an educational setting is preferred.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teachers and school staff.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt behavior intervention strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Onsite Presence: This position requires onsite presence; remote work is not available.
