Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales goals and providing exceptional shopping and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling techniques
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products

-Schedule and checkout guests from skincare services in our studio.

-Prebook guest's next appointment and make homecare recommendations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and retail math
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Available on Sundays, Mondays or Thursdays 11am-6pm

-Passion for slow fashion and slow living goods
