We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Traveling Pest Control Sales Representatives to help us grow our market presence across the nation.

**Job Description:**

As a Traveling Pest Control Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in driving our company's growth by increasing our customer base through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. This role involves significant travel to various locations nationwide to meet prospective and current customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Travel to assigned regions to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.

- Perform assessments of client properties to understand pest challenges and develop effective, customized solutions.

- Deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences, including property managers, homeowners associations, and residential customers.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.

- Educate customers on the full range of pest control solutions we offer.

- Negotiate service agreements and close contracts to meet customer needs.

- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

- Housing is provided

**Requirements:**

- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

- Proven sales experience; experience in pest control or related field is a plus.

- Willingness to travel extensively as this is a road warrior position.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

- Comfortable with technology; proficiency in CRM software is a plus.

- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Ability to handle physical workload, potentially including inspections in cramped spaces.
