BigBear.ai is seeking a Business Analyst for a multi-year contract to support the ongoing modernization and maintenance systems.

• Runs two Jira boards
• Runs 2 of each:
• Scrum ceremonies, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews, Scrum of Scrums
• Runs the internal weekly meetings with our UPRO desktop team (backend integrations)
• Creates and demoes mockups both internally and externally
• Hands on UAC testing
• Creates and maintains documentation of each project for Government lead
• Helps with on boarding new hires
• Assists in training materials, demo videos etc for client

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience
• Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, team building, people management, issue resolution, and customer relationship management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization with both internal and external customers
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to lead and manage projects with medium to high levels of technical and/or functional complexity
• Demonstrated ability to systematically gather relevant information from different sources to address an issue and make a prompt and insightful decision

• Programing experience
• Previous work with Government clients, DHS, or CBP
• Past experience working with systems built using Java/JEE
