Sansone's Creamery is a family owned production company focused on high quality forzen yogurts and sorbet cups for school districts. We are looking for an individual to supervise and oversee our production operations, providing team leadership, creative solutions, and a can do attitude. This individual will have high visibility to the ownership of the company and will be afforded opportunities for grown based on performance.

This position is a hands-on, physical role leading a team of 6-10 associates responsible for , cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse operations. As well as overseeing the drivers. We are a growing company creating opportunities for grown and advancement within the organization for this individual.

Responsibilities include:

• Team lead of a team of 6-10 production employees;
• Training, Coaching, and Counseling and overall development of a team;
• outbound shipments, and inventory management,
• Follow and enforce our food safety program;
• Adherence and enforcement of the health and safety policies of the company;
• Professionally represent the company to visiting customers, vendors, and other visitors;
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Managing weekly production schedule;
• Preparing weekly schedules for employees;

Position Requirements:

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for reasonable amounts of time.
• Some evenings and weekends are necessary.
• Must pass background check required for access educational campuses.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience in plant operations or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and team building.
• Not required, but plus to have Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
