**Job Summary:** As a Dishwasher/Cleaner at Big Top Brewing Company, you play a vital role in our daily operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all dishware, glassware, and kitchen tools are impeccably cleaned and sanitized, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and dining areas. Your hard work and diligence help set the stage for an extraordinary guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate dishwashing equipment to wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they're ready for use.

- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, following all sanitation protocols.

- Assist with kitchen prep work as needed, such as peeling, chopping, and sorting ingredients.

- Conduct regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles in both the kitchen and dining areas.

- Support the kitchen and front-of-house staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishware and utensils during service hours.

- Help with the closing procedures of the kitchen, ensuring everything is clean and organized for the next day.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a cleaning role is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
