Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis for concrete placement projects, including cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project financial performance.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate and comprehensive budgets for concrete placement projects.

- Regularly update and review financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.

3. Cost Control:

- Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance project profitability.

4. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for concrete placement projects.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in financial reporting.

5. Cash Flow Management:
