Big O Tires is looking for Sales Managers / Service Managers with experience for our Bay Area Service Centers. We are quickly becoming the areas "go to shop" for Tires and Auto Service Maintenance Repairs.

Candidates should have 3 plus years of proven Automotive Operations / Service Manager and Tire / Service Sales experience to be considered

If you have an automotive service mgr. background, a proven track record in sales, and are highly committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you regarding our fast track Manager Training Program.

As part of our TEAM you will spend the majority of the day working directly with our automotive service technicians and our guests, advising them on their vehicle's tire and automotive service needs.

As a Automotive Service Manager your RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrated Sales of Tire and Service related needs / Manage and schedule 8-12 employees
• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and service to our customers.
• Ability to work within Store Performance Budgets
• Insure continuous implementation and enforcement of established policies and procedures.
• Develop and direct a skilled and cohesive team of Sales Associates, Mechanics and General Service Technicians.
• Ensure compliance to all OSHA, M.A.P., State and Hazmat regulations.
• Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
