We are looking for an experienced Service Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately diagnosing customer needs, and providing detailed estimates and repair orders. The Service Writer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all services provided and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Provide estimates for repair services.
• Explain repair services to customers and answer any questions they may have.
• Schedule appointments for customers.
• Keep accurate records of customer information and repair orders.
• Communicate with technicians regarding customer concerns and repair needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
