We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our team. As an Dispensary Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and promoting the success of organizational goals and standards. You will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing processes, and strategizing with the team to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in operations management.

Responsibilities

· Oversee of the daily operations of the dispensary include regulation of state compliance, implementing strategies with the team, managing inventories, overseeing marketing platforms, merchandising, metrc upkeep and manifesting, cleanliness of the shop.

· Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to maximize efficiency as needed.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to streamline operations.

· Collaborate with management daily to go over operations and how to implement them to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge operational performance and make data-driven decisions.

· Manage vendor deliveries/drop offs and ensure quality and accuracy.

· Develop and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting employee engagement and professional growth.

Requirements

· 2 years in Operations Management, or a related field.

· Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient in using google sheets, excel and other relevant software.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• MED Badge (Required)
