Peraton is currently seeking a Graphic Design Print Specialist to join our amazing, in-house Creative Team. Reporting to the Director of Art Production, this position will support the Creative Team in the design, editing and production of multi-channel/brand creative assets. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the brand, ensuring all creative work is visually cohesive and connected and developing new ideas for consideration.
Candidates must be agile, creative, comfortable designing within brand and customer guidelines and templates, self-motivated and detail-oriented, committed to excellence in the workplace, have outstanding organizational and communication skills and a client first approach.
Key Responsibilities Include
Concepts and designs in multiple channels including digital, and print
Creates templated and custom graphics for digital labels, bottle shots
Customizes and utilizes branded digital and print templates for targeted campaigns
Works with department leadership to develop new designs and templates channels/brands and execute on the development of new designs based on the direction provided.
Interfaces with in-house sources to ensure that production quality standards and deadlines are met
Manages projects to completion, through initial layout, modification, approval, and production
Liaises with internal sales/marketing clients to discuss project requests and best solutions
Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Fine Arts, Graphic Arts or a related field) or a minimum of 2-5 years of design experience, or an equivalent combination of education or experience
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite design programs, (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop,)
Experience designing for print
Experience in preparing digital files for print
Creative with the ability to follow brand guidelines
Attentive to small details and meticulous in execution
Ability to work and collaborate with creative team members.
Ability to take ownership of projects, as well as willingness to step in to help others
Self-sufficient in terms of time management and ideation
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
