Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Big Life Integrative Health in Lone Tree, Colorado, offers a more natural approach to Family Medicine through our Direct Primary Care model. We also offer Functional Medicine, Neurotherapy, Hormone Therapy, and IV Hydration medical services. We are seeking a full time patient care coordinator to be in a direct role to help patients navigate the many pathways to our medical services and be the face of excellent communication in our practice.

This is an administrative role that requires excellence in detail, organization, execution, customer service, and communication. The role includes daily management of patient communication modalities (text, email, phone, EHR) in addition to executing flow of care and registration of new patients. We are currently hiring for a dynamic and proactive team member for our care center in Lone Tree, CO. This position would begin May 2024.

Responsibilities (On the job training provided for skills as needed)

• Welcoming patients to the office
• Assisting patients in understanding the care model and helping them navigate the appropriate care pathway
• Opening/closing responsibilities
• Answering phone/scheduling
• EHR navigation and organization of patient documents
• Scanning/faxing medical documents
• Email, phone, and text communication with patients
• Managing EHR communication and responding to medical paperwork as appropriate
• Duties as assigned, some social media posting responsibilities
• Skills: Computer skills, social media familiarity, adaptability, organization, exceptional customer service and inter-personal skills, high responsibility

Experience

• Medical office experience of some capacity preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Salary: $22-$28/hour
