Summary
Assists Parts customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
Essential Duties
Provides high level of of service to internal and external customers.
Assists all customers (retail & shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Pulls and fills orders from stock inventory.
Works closely alongside Parts Manager to complete orders, and other tasks as assigned.
Maintains professional appearance.
Qualifications

Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, and multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple multi-step instructions in written or oral form involving occasional variables.
