Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Water Park Manager to oversee the operations of our park. The ideal candidate will have experience in management, events coordination, and resort management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the park, including overseeing staff, events, and guest services
- Coordinate and supervise park events and activities
- Ensure smooth operation of park facilities including café and recreational areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Lead and mentor staff, providing guidance and support in daily tasks
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures within the park
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in management, events management, or resort operations
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service abilities to interact with guests and handle inquiries professionally
- Proficient in shift management to ensure smooth operations during various hours
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple aspects of park management
