Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant/Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Sales Consultant/Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits

-Create Print Ready Artwork for Customers using Adobe Illustrator Photoshop
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
-Maintain a clean and orderly retail environment

-Manage customer transactions including: generating quotations and invoices, generating artwork, printing production, and on-time fulfillment .

-Manage customer correspondences such as, but not limited to, phone and email

-Shipping and receiving (must be able to lift 40 lbs) Order inventory and maintain minimum required levels

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

-Familiar with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop

-Work experience in Retail or as a Sales Associate (or similar role)

-Warm, friendly and cheerful personality
