Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Server/Caterer. We are a small family business that provides excellent customer service and many opportunities for advancement. We want someone who is passionate about helping people., wants to learn all positions and is ready to contribute to a teamwork based environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

This role will be cross-trained between all FOH positions, as well as train to be a part of the Catering Delivery-Full Service Team.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for incoming guests
- Manage reservations and waitlists effectively
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

Qualifications:

- Must be of serving age (Alcohol) with valid drivers license and insurance

- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred

-Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
