As a Shipping Technician, I package and label prescriptions to be delivered efficiently and accurately and assist patients with prescription pick-up.

You roll out the red carpet for each patient that walks through the door. You pull out the white glove for each prescription that you package and label - ensuring it meets Big Country standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least one year of shipping & receiving experience
• At least one year of customer service experience
• A valid driver’s license

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 - 4:30

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate inbound materials to their proper location including storage room, compound lab, and pharmacy area
• Print shipping labels for prescription packages
• Partner with team members to clean and organize the shipping, receiving, and pharmacy areas.
• Neatly package prescriptions for shipment
• Prepare and ship marketing materials
• Provide prompt and accurate checkout while operating the cash register
• Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
