• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance assessments.

• Generate insightful reports on training outcomes with actionable recommendations.

• 2 years’ experience required in an optical trainer role with a proven track record for developing strategies and creating training materials.

• Change to: ABOC/NCLE certification preferred but not required.

• Proven optical retail or clinical experience.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools and e-learning platforms.

• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and experience levels.
