JOB TITLE: Director of Individual Giving

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the CEO, the Director of Individual Giving raises support for and advances Big Brothers Big Sisters mission by sustaining and growing relationships that lend to leadership level and major gifts. This role is responsible for implementing creative, cutting-edge tactics, to financially engage individuals in the work of BBBSOCIE within the Orange County community. The Director will be responsible for planning and executing the cultivation, stewardship and personal solicitation of individual donors and prospects, including executing sustainer and year end campaigns, soliciting and stewarding major and planned gifts. This individual will operate with integrity, and a commitment to expanding the mission of mentorship, with a drive and work ethic that leads to innovative and successful fundraising.
