JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidates with a strong connection to the community that BBBSI serves and the Southeastern Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey area receive preferential consideration. Moderate travel to branch offices, community and corporate partners is required, as is some nights and weekend work.

Requirements
Academic Requirements: High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience OR Associates Degree and 2 years relevant experience or Bachelors Degree
Professional Requirements: Must possess the ability to effectively learn and utilize BBBSI’s internal database systems for tracking and recording information. Must be comfortable with public speaking. Experience in human services, with youth service organizations and socioeconomically diverse populations is preferred. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
