Duties:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions
- Promote special offers and upsell products when appropriate
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures

Experience:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a sales role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic technical knowledge for operating electronic cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
