Street Team & Floor Manager:

The Street Team & Floor Manager is a very important part of our business. This hybrid position is the face of Big Air during offsite community Street Team events and during their floor shift in the park. They are responsible for ensuring that each Street Team event is executed smoothly and that each guest that visits walks away having an incredible experience. This position requires driving a company vehicle and towing an enclosed trailer. In addition to strong work ethic, the ideal candidate MUST have experience towing a trailer and MUST have a clean driving record. They must be able to bend and lift 50lbs. This position will report to the General Manager.

Street Team Manager responsibilities:

• Setting up and breaking down Street Street Team equipment (tent, prize wheel, & inflatables) according to event itinerary.
• Safely driving company van & trailer to and from events.
• Setting up inflatables, gassing up & starting generators, & organizing and cleaning equipment and accessories.
• Managing other Street Team support staff.

Floor Manager responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day shift activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls to the park.
• Proactively ensuring the park is kept clean and safe for all visitors.
• Thoroughly conducting daily park inspections.
• Ensuring employees adhere to strict safety standards and training.
• Responding immediately/respectfully to guests' needs.
• Responding to and handling incidents with care while adhering to company procedures.
• Assisting in new hire training and orientations, setting the tone for shifts, and acting as a role model.
• Processing payments and transactions, handling cash tills, and balancing the safe.
• Conducting opening and closing duties.
• Using POS system and booking software with high level of competency.

Requirements:

• MUST have experience towing a trailer and MUST have a clean driving record.
• MUST be able to lift 50lbs.
• Strong organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written.
• Management experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to problem solve & learn new processes quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor.
• Expected to be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Managers will assist in opening and closing the park.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with people of ALL ages in a respectful way.
• Retail, hospitality, or family entertainment experience preferred.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
