Bierlein is a family-owned and operated company, providing a full line of demolition and environmental services. Our headquarters in Midland, MI but we are seeking qualified candidates to join our team of traveling laborers. Bierlein is committed to safety, quality and dependability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform various manual duties pertaining to demolition and cleaning operations in chemical and other industrial facilities
• Adapt to weather conditions and work in hot and cold environments
• Complete tasks while wearing a respirator and other necessary personal protective equipment
• Maintain a safe worksite through housekeeping duties
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Abide by company, state, and federal rules, and safety regulations
• Be motivated and work productively
• Travel may be required

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):

• Able to pass a physical, drug screen, breathe alcohol screen, and background check
• Able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs
• Ability to wear a respirator

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED):

• Torch Cutting
• 10-hour OSHA Training
• 40-hour HAZWOPER Training
• Asbestos Training
• Forklift, Aerial Lift and Power Tool Experience
