Bidwell Park Golf Course is managed by CourseCo, Inc., which has a long-term management agreement with Bidwell Park Golf Club, Inc, for full facility management .

This position has ultimate responsibility for management of the entire facility to include but not necessarily limited to: directly supervise department managers, admin personnel and sales staff; daily operational oversight including marketing and promotional activity, golf course maintenance, food & beverages, as well as manage all related interdepartmental coordination. This position is responsible for contract compliance and for ensuring the clean, attractive, and safe condition of public and non-public areas of the property at all times. Furthermore, the General Manager will execute marketing strategies and organize community outreach efforts. Job functions include: development and management of golf operations and food & beverage budget; training and supervision of outside/inside golf operations staff and food & beverage staff; tee sheet and POS management. The position is directly responsible for management of all departmental functions including cart operations, tournaments, property safety initiatives, marshals, merchandising, restaurant operations, banquet operations and banquet/events sales. General Manager will coordinate the formation of player development programs. Position will ensure desired level of customer service is met at all times in golf and food & beverage.

3 years’ experience as a General Manager, Director of Golf, or equivalent at a high volume, high quality public facility, preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: The club will provide a compensation and benefits package which includes:

· Base salary $80,000-$90,000 Annually

· Annual performance bonus potential up to $15,000
