**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional shopping experiences to our customers. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques - Assist in inventory management and restocking of products **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in retail sales or wireless sales preferred - Strong understanding of retail math concepts - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment where you can showcase your sales skills and contribute to the success of our store.
