Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.

Duties:

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed according to plan

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies

- Monitor project progress and performance using project management software

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and manage resources

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Redmine)

- Experience in change management and product management is a plus
