Abilitytoreadandcomprehenddetailedcomplexinstructions,shortcorrespondence,andmemos.Abilityto write detailed correspondence in English. Ability to use computer programs at a basic level for data entry. Ability to effectively communicate inone-on-one and small groupsituations toclients, families, and other BFMs.

REASONINGABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involvingafewconcretevariablesinstandardizedsituations.PossessgoodjudgmenttoworkwithDirectorand other staff.

CERTIFICATES,LICENSES,REGISTRATIONS

Avaliddriver’slicenseandadrivingrecordthatisconsistentwith Bickford’s insurance carrier guidelines is required for this position.
