Responsible for cleaning equipment and the work floor as directed.

• Performs the cleaning of the scales, formers, and chutes.
• Cleans the tubs for overflow and waste.
• Sweeps and mops the floors.
• Does detail cleaning of the Hayssen Machines.
• Cleans the handrails and mezzanines.
• Mops the floors in the office areas, cleans the breakroom, restrooms, and locker rooms.
• Adheres to common safety practices/guidelines, including the wearing of protective clothing and equipment as required.
• Responsible for following food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP’s, HACCP, food safety, product quality, food security, plant security and government guidelines.
• Performs other duties after being properly trained as assigned by the Sanitation Manager

• The ability to read and understand documents, drawings, and instructions (whether presented in written, oral, diagram or schedule form).
