Responsible for mixing ingredients for various dough recipes and maintaining all processes to ensure high quality production in a timely manner.

• Mixes and weighs ingredients to strict specifications
• Ensures dough hoppers are filled with dough
• Keeps extruders and twisters functioning properly to meet production demands
• Checks weights on extruder and twister lines
• Accurately completes documentation necessary for proper recordkeeping
• Reports any maintenance issues to management immediately
• Keeps work areas clean and orderly
• Follows safety practices and procedures, including the wearing of protective equipment and clothing as required.
• Assists the Supervisor in the oven room, as needed
• Responsible for following all Company and government policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP’s, food safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Must have the ability to read, write and understand English and have basic math skills in order to satisfactorily complete job requirements. Requires good communication skills.
