Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interaction while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. Requirements/Responsibilities
* Previous bartending experience / training* Excellent oral communication skills* Positive interpersonal skills – be a good listener* Able to maintain good knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions* The ability to multi-task and work well in a high-volume work environment* Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus* Bartender’s license * Must have, or be able obtain a valid food handler card in first 30 days* High energy* Passion for the business* An understanding of health & safety and food safety regulations (Serve Safe)* Basset certified or Equivalent Alcohol training. MUST HAVE CURRENT CLASS B LIQUOR LICENSE FOR CITY OF MILWAUKEE Bartender is generally a part time job; can be full-time.Prior experience as bartender, barman, barkeep, barmaid, mixologist, is highly desirable.
