About the Store Team:
The Store Team is responsible for achieving and maintaining a high level of customer service and friendliness, which includes our outstanding store management team. The Store Team strives to create the best shopping experience possible for our customers. As a community-based company, we want our customers to feel right at home when they shop at Bi-Mart.
About the Associate Manager Position:
The Associate Manager assists with the overall store operations (i.e., controlling expenses, merchandising standards, safety, security, and workforce management) and helps to drive positive customer and employee experiences, while working to increase sales and profitability. Some daily tasks can include assisting customers on the sales floor, coaching employees, handling freight deliveries in a timely manner, and working closely with other members of store management on other assigned duties.

Associate Managers should have one or more of the following:
Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also an asset!
Previous experience as a department manager, key holder, shift lead and other similar positions are valued.
Schedule:
As an employee-owned company, Bi-Mart stores are open 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Saturday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday
Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment
