Job Description: Job Description Full-time, Day shift (5) 8-hour shifts, 0645-1515 Call required- weeknights, weekends, and holidays by rotation Job Description: At the direction of management and/or nursing personnel, assists the hospital staff/department in the provision of high quality, safe patient care. Will provide assistance in Surgical Procedures and basic circulating functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides basic physical care of patient. Demonstrates safe patient transport with stretcher, wheelchairs, and patient beds. Performs tasks and procedures as directed according to hospital policy and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of and utilizes principles of aseptic technique. Actively participates in unit activities. Ensures positive customer relations interactions.
