Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner. Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner. Minimum Education and Training Highschool diploma or equivalent One year customer service experience Comfortable using common computer applications.
