Job Description: Baptist Health Lexington- Oncology Job Description: Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary oncology team. Provides nutritional services to cancer patients in an outpatient setting across the continuum of the cancer experience. Identification of cancer patients at nutritional risk Provision of appropriate medical nutrition therapy for patients actively undergoing cancer treatment, primary prevention, secondary prevention, cancer recurrence, palliative care and community education. Collects, summarizes and reports data regarding patient care as related to nutrition services.
