Job Description: Lead Teacher – Full Time The lead teacher position exists to guide children through developmentally appropriate activities that will encourage social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth. $3K Sign on Bonus for eligible new hires. Job Description Lead the children through all activities of the day Maintain a clean and safe environment Ensure the safety of the children in the classroom and never leave children unattended Provide developmentally appropriate daily activities Complete monthly lesson plans, record attendance, medicine administration, and accident/incident reports as needed Excellent communication skills, respectful and courteous to parents, children and co-workers Requirements Minimum CDA Certification or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education. One to three years experience teaching children. Fifteen (15) hours annual training as approved by the Cabinet for Human Resources standards for Child Care Centers.
