Job Description: Clinical House Supervisor Part-Time, Nights Job Description: The Clinical House Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of patient care services and oversees hospital operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Collaborates with the hospital risk manager to address risk and safety issues and ensures follow-up. Functions as a “superuser” for Information Systems (PIM, EPIC, Develop You, Maxsys, API Time & Attendance). Addresses issues, complaints, and concerns in keeping with promotion of a healing environment. This position serves as a clinical nurse expert as the individual spends majority of his/her time (>50%) coordinating, ensuring and supporting direct patient care activities on the unit through provision of nursing rounds, assessments and treatments; facilitating admission, transfer and discharge activities; assuring the provision of patient and family-centered education; care coordination and individualized treatment planning as applicable, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required A current license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse 3 years Registered Nursing experience required ACLS/PALS required Benefits: Tuition Assistance up to $6,000 annually Company paid Maternity and Paternity Leave 5 days Paid Time Off available upon hire Bereavement Leave (includes pets) PTO Sell Back Program Compassionate Leave Sharing Program (PTO Donation) Employee Support Fund, for employees in need of emergency financial support If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!
