Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and experience. Responsibilities: - Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces - Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms - Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and public restrooms - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Follow established hotel procedures for handling lost and found items - Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing job duties - Provide exceptional customer service to guests when needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred - Knowledge of proper floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Ability to prioritize tasks based on hotel occupancy levels and guest needs - Good communication skills to interact with guests and other hotel staff members - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the hotel schedule Please note that all positions at our hotel are paid positions.
