We are a licensed, CARF-accredited mental health program (psychiatric rehabilitation)

OVERVIEW:

• Work at home and periodically make community visits while providing client services to our mental health clients, primarily those diagnosed with depression.
• Assist clients with arranging medical appointments and applying for housing, entitlements, job training, etc.
• Assist children and adult clients with coping and relationship skill building.
• Write brief progress notes and one-page monthly summaries.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date on a timely basis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND SKILLS:

1. Use the computer to gather information, research resources, and write notes.

2. Help clients develop and follow through on goals.

3. Provide hands-on assistance in helping clients apply for entitlements, housing, jobs, etc.

4. Make home visits and meet with clients in the community.

5. Must be personable and engaging, have good verbal and written communication skills, and basic computer skills.

6. Regularly attends related training, staff meetings, and supervision using Zoom.

7. Reports to the Clinical Director/Owner

Pay:

$40 for in-person appointments with clients; must be a minimum of 15 minutes -payment includes documentation of the visit

$25 for phone calls – minimum of 15-minute calls- includes documentation of phone calls

Mileage Reimbursement: .55 per mile

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
