BHHS J Douglas Properties is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Chattanooga, TN

A local Real Estate company is looking for the ideal candidate who is highly organized and detail-oriented, has great interpersonal and computer skills, and has the ability to multitask. This full-time position is located in Chattanooga, TN.

Compensation: Determined upon experience

Compensation:

$11 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Keep office systems running smoothly including keeping inventory on office supplies, office equipment, and coordinating board room schedule
  • Input Listings on multiple MLSs
  • Coordinate photos with the Marketing department, agent, and photographer
  • Data entry
  • Set up Broker Bay
  • Audit listings
  • Communicate with agents throughout the listing process
  • Schedule Home Inspections & Confirming Appraisal Times
  • Misc. Light Transaction Coordination Responsibilities
  • Communicate with Marketing Team
  • Front Desk Reception duties
  • Sanitize/Light Housekeeping
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
  • Computer literate (very important) including experience with Google Suite
  • Must Be Willing To Learn And Willing To Ask Questions
  • Outgoing, personable, and must have excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
  • Able to take initiative and demonstrate flexibility when priorities shift
  • Spanish speaking is beneficial but not required
  • Job Type: Full-time/Hourly
