Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida, we have built a brand recognized and trusted for its expertise in real estate across 30A, South Walton, Destin, Panama City Beach, Navarre and the Forgotten Coast. This position will provide marketing support to our real estate agents through social media channels, graphic content creation and various written communications.

Position Responsibilities

• Design, develop and produce creative promotional materials. Responsibilities include layout design and modification to achieve branding objectives, coordination of content, graphic design, editing and proofing.
• Coordinate direct marketing, advertising, public relations, partner marketing and sales promotion programs.
• Work closely with management and sales to develop and promote the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies.
• Attend sales meetings to discuss and analyze the effectiveness of current advertising strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
• Two years of related experience in marketing or advertising.
• Creative graphic design experience required.
• Strong computer skills. Knowledge of standard Microsoft suite and specialized graphic design programs.
• Creativity and ability to produce unique marketing materials and creative ads and promotional programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
