BHFO IS ONE OF THE LARGEST AND MOST TRUSTED OUTLETS OF DESIGNER CLOTHING, SHOES, AND ACCESSORIES ONLINE. We are seeking a 1st shift Team Leader for our Data Entry Department. This associate will manage the day to day production and operations across the Department in partnership with the Director of Operations and the other Team Leaders. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in setting goals and priorities for the daily and weekly workload in the department and establish plans to meet and exceed the workload expectations.

• Provide direction to employees regarding workload, process execution, and daily priorities.

• Responsible for all new employees in their department, ensures effective training of new employees.

• Act as a resource for the department answer employee questions, provide training and suggestions for improvement and provide appropriate resources for employees to complete their tasks.

• Ensure resources are stocked at all stations place orders for materials before stock is depleted.

• Works in production as needed.

• Provide positive leadership and oversite for the department including behavior, morale, attendance and performance.

• Assist in reporting, statistics and printing needs of the department.

• Leads by example with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a high productivity pace.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical requirements of the Data Entry Team Leader:

• Able to stand on feet for up to 8 hours at a time, with little movement to constant movement throughout the building.

• Ability to push and pull up to 35 lbs. frequently.

• Ability to bend and reach as well as lift and carry up to 25 lbs. on a constant basis.

• Ability to use fine motor skills constantly.

General Position requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years experience leading a team.

• Computer experience. Intermediate typing skills required.

• Professional work attitude and values aligned with the BHFO core values throughout employment

• Ability to lead ones team by example, consistently.

• Ability to focus and work to the best of ones ability

• Flexibility to work in any of our warehouse areas

• Above-average attendance

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, this can include nights and weekends as needed.

• Work Schedule 1st shift - Monday- Friday 7am - 3:30 pm
