The project manager supports all activities such as collaboration, coordination, evaluation, managing and exercises functional authority over all activities associated with contract negotiations, execution and administration, and construction management for projects; including but not limited to, generation additions and upgrades, electric vehicle infrastructure, energy storage, decommissioning, environmental, communications, facilities, asset acquisitions, new technology, and other projects as assigned. Administers the associated contracts, manages the use of internal resources, contractors and consultants, ensures regulatory compliance and has fiscal responsibility for all costs associated with the execution of the projects. This position maintains key business, public and stakeholder relationships. The project manager oversees the completion of project due diligence, project supplies and contractor labor. The project manager coordinates the timely completion of project tasks; including but not limited to, permitting requirements, regulatory approvals, safety and environmental compliance, contract administration, contractor and consultant management, maintaining projects schedules and financials, technical review of equipment and project plans, manage relationships with governmental personnel and landowners, and other tasks related to project management.
