Lead Caregiver Responsibilities:

You will be entrusted with the responsibility of providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in-home and in senior living communities. Your main responsibility will be to serve as a backup caregiver for anyone who calls out during your respective times. Your primary objective will be to enhance our clients quality of life and promote their well-being while fostering independence and dignity. You will be an invaluable companion, assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

• Establishing genuine connections and building trust with clients through compassionate care
• Able to travel around the outskirts of Nashville
• Must have Car Insurance
• Must be willing to work In-Home and Facilities
• Works closely with management team to fill open shifts as needed
• Train caregivers who may need additional training
• Ensures new hires are fully acclimated to B Home Care processes and procedures as it relates to caregiving
• Helps ensure regulatory compliance is met with clients
• Attends all first-time visits to new clients and/or first-time shift for new hires to ensure smooth on-boarding for all; fills in as caregiver as needed
