• Have a proven track record in generating sales

• The ability to recruit, retain and coach a team to success
• Are able to manage inventory effectively,

• Can manage wage cost efficiently
• Can maintain loss prevention controls- understands and can maintain low shrink results
• Can show passion for our customers and our brands
• Are driven and understand the ins-and-outs of store operations.
• Can share best practices with other Boathouse Managers
• Can mentor and develop your team into the next level.
• we are looking for someone with Experience in Branded clothing and footwear.
• Retail manager background is an asset
