Compensation for this part-time or full-time position is $22-28.60 per 50-minute service plus add-on's, commissions & gratuities. The wage offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and experience. The salary offer will not be based on candidates wage history at other jobs, and by law, BGV will not seek information about wage history or applicant age. This position also included BGV's Total Compensation package.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include without limitation:
Complete consultations with spa guests to determine nail care needs.
· Promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail items as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. Upsell services when appropriate.
· Discuss, recommend, and sell spa products to guests.
· Provide consistent professional nail, hand, and foot treatments in accordance with BGV protocols and accepted certification practices.
· Sanitize workstation after every spa guest, stock assigned workspace and participate in general office and spa cleaning as needed or requested by spa leadership.
· Complete administrative duties such as keeping up with email correspondences, responding when appropriate, maintaining accurate time clock records, requesting time off via our time-keeping system, and general communication requests via email.
· Ensure that used linens and trash are bagged and placed in appropriate areas.
· Uphold Hospitality Standards, Company Culture and Department Core Standards and observe Company policies and procedures.

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / EXPERIENCE:
Must have a Certificate of Completion in Manicuring from an accredited Cosmetology School in the US as well as an active Manicuring or Cosmetologist License issued by the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), Division of Professions and Occupations. Six months to one-year upscale spa experience preferred
