As the Multi Family Project Engineer , you will have the opportunity to be responsible for project tracking, coordination and communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. ORGANIZED AND EXCEPTIONAL WITH TIME MANAGEMENT Effectively organizes, manages, updates, and maintains project schedules and budgets throughout all phases of the construction process. Is capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously while following set processes and procedures.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years experience in luxury interior finishes, multi-family, commercial, hospitality, residential construction administration/coordination or related field required
• 2 years prior experience as a Project Engineer or similar role a plus
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in purchasing / supply chain / project management industry may be substituted for a BA/BS degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Access, Word and Excel) and QuickBooks required
• Experience with construction project management and/or ERP software, such as Procore, Viewpoint Vista, MS Project and Bluebeam a plus
• Possesses a valid Driver's License, good driving history and proof of insurance required
• Ability to pass a drug screen required
• Proficient with English (verbal and written) required bilingual in Spanish a plus

COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:
The compensation range for this position is $65-70K depending on experience
