Qualifications:

• NC Real Estate License Required.
• Customer Service, reception, incoming/outgoing call experience
• A strong attention to details and a tenacity for compiling accurate reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Grammatically competent.
• Positive “can-do” attitude. Willingness to help and support a fabulous team.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn various software quickly. Calendar management/appointment setting. Types 40 WPM
• Dependable, reliable and hard working. Willing to go the extra mile.
• Able to multi-task. Finish tasks in a timely manner. Self-directed.
• Upholds the integrity of the team at all times.
• Transportation to/from office and able to run errands weekly as needed.
• Able to take call 6 weekends a year to answer/vet weekend any repair calls that are urgent or considered emergency due to property damage or extreme weather. Extra training/pay applies.

Bonus Skills:

• Single-Family Property management experience.
• Application processing & credit report familiarity.
